Wesley migrated with friends. After failure on the land, tried the Eastern Goldfields. Joined by wife and children in 1912. Painting and wallpaper business. Choirmaster at Wesley Church, musical director of many theatre musicals and the 'All Blacks' musichalls, assisted by family, fundraiser for miner's families.
