This item accompanied by centrepiece (CH78.307). Signed by William Phelps, Chas. Evans, I. Campbell Carry, R. Quin, I. Cowles, James Roe, Geo. Vincent, John Forrest, E.C. Allen, Geo. H. Roe, Alex. Forrest, A.I. Vincent. N.B. '48' years in error. 42 is correct.
