Roe, Bishop Dom Salvado, Sir James Mitchell, John Curtin, Dame Mary Durack, Sir Charles Court, Sir Paul Hasluck, Mrs. Edith Cowan, Sir Winthrop Hackett, C.Y. O'Connor, Lord Forrest. In Centre "To Commemorate the 150th Anniversary \ (ship) \ "The Parmelia" \ Of Western Australia". Gilded on outer rim and centre. On base "FINE (symbol) CHINA \ Westminster \ AUSTRALIA" AND "Designed by (symbol) \ Ceramics ". All in under-glaze brown. Issued in association with the Royal Western Australian Historical Society. Limited edition of 5,000 plates. This is number 46. Accompanied by booklet by A.E. Williams.
