Cream body, clear glaze. Moulded relief border of foliage alternating with pairs of entwined dolphins. The centre painted with a spray of flowers. Impressed mark on back 'WILSON'. Creamware? Robert Wilson made creamwares from 1795-1801. His son took over the pottery in 1802 but according to Godden didn't continue to make creamwares.
