Coronation set. 2 cups, 2 saucers and a plate.
[.a]&[.b] CUPS. Gold rim with gold line inside cup and on handle. Decoration: '(crown)/ (2 lions)' on either side of picture of King Edward VIII. 'KING EDWARD VIII' and 'CORONATION MAY 12TH 1937'. Mark on base, under-glaze brown ' (rising sun and rays) / A.B.J/ GRAFTON/ CHINA/ MADE IN/ ENGLAND'.
[.c]&[.d] SAUCERS. Scalloped edge gold rim. Decoration as [.a]&[.b]. Mark as [.a]&[.b] and 'SELWYN'.
[.e] PLATE. Rounded edges. Decoration and mark as [.a]&[.b].
