Black silk (moire or watered silk) cover with stripes at the top and lower edge. Black silk fringe, c16cm long. Dome shaped. Wooden stick painted black, collapsible. Metal tube painted black. Handle continuous with stick. Wooden ferrule painted black, tip missing. Inner ribs metal, outer wood.
