[a.] Khaki netting with rope attachments to tie on to inside of net. ‘R.K. GRANT’ handwritten in blue ink to top cotton panel
[b.] Same as [a.] ‘WX34944’ handwritten in black ink to bottom cotton panel. WX34944 is the service number of Sergeant Henry Harold Powell, Australian Army serviceman, enlisted since 27 October 1942. This is possibly an Australian army issue insect net.
