White. 7cm waistband fastens with one fabric covered metal button at each side. Slit to 29cm down sides. Closed seams. Band and frill of embroidery strips on leg end. Machine sewn. Two labels at back of waistband in red: 'S.O.' (probably upside down, should be outside) and 'QUALITY/ PERMAWEAL/ GUARANTEED'.
