Womens' '28 inch' faded black painted Royal Fongers Bicycle Factory bicycle with full steel mud guards, steel sheet rear wheel cover, carrier, inoperative chromed 'Empo' front and rear lights, back pedal brakes, chromed metal bell, shiny black plastic chain cover and black vinyl panniers. Frame has low curved cross bar, faded remains of green pinstriping decorative trim, faded Fongers transfer on front of steering tube and is stamped with serial No. 481772 at top of seat tube. Corroded chrome upright handle bars and wheel rims. Brown rubber? split designed 'HYGIA No. 7 wetting gedeponeerd' sprung seat. Rear wheel cover is stamped with 'OOTROOT/ No. 42394'. Corroded Western Australian bicycle number plate: '14663' attached underneath frame down tube. Vinyl chain cover , panniers and bell not original.
