Red painted bicycle with brown leather saddle and wide carry rack attached to front wheel. Cross bar has metal plate across full width with 'PMG' cut out of metal. On right side paint scratched back to read '615' and on left '415'. Small black plate is attached under the 'M' of 'PMG' reading '415'. Rack has extra supports hooked over handlebars. Back tyre tread is single ridges running around length of tyres. Has fawn coloured handle grips. Has front and rear mudguards, rear is white painted near end. Chain and pedals are operational. Used by postmen to deliver mail in Perth. 'PMG' stands for the Postmaster Generals Department who controlled the mail service and the telephone service in Australia until split into Telecom and Australia Post, date uncertain.
