Sleeveless tunic evening dress of net embroidered with gold metallic thread spots increasing in size from shoulder to waist and from waist to hem; neck and armholes bound with bias cut gold metallic fabric.
(Petticoat could be made of unaccessioned goldish metallic thread slip stored with the dress).
