Black hard cardboard case lined with purple velvet. Name plate on lid "C.G. CONN Ltd / Band Instruments / World's largest manufacturers / Elkhart. Ind. U.S.A. White metal with gilding inside bell. Keys tops covered with mother-of-pearl shell.
