"BLUE PETER" flag from the firm of Gibbs Bright and Co., Phillimore Street, Fremantle, ca 1969. This flag is flown by ships in port - 24 hours prior to vessel's departure, to signify that the vessel is about to leave port. Flag is navy blue with a white rectangle in the centre.
