Photograph of the Labour Day Procession, a group of men and some children. At the front is the union banner for "Amalgamated Society of Engineers, Fremantle Branch". A horse-drawn carriage is decorated with garlands and has loudspeakers mounted. This is followed by another horse-drawn carriage with two men and a flag. There are two more banners following, "Fremantle Carters and Drivers Union" is plain and is preceded by an ornate banner whose union name is unreadable.
