A. Grey metal box, black clock dial-slot in top to punch time card. Marked across top of box front`CINCINATTI'. B. Wooden time card panel with 18 time card racks. The various shifts and bakery process groups are marked. Provision is made by means of rows of nail `hooks' to accept employee's numbered tags, thus identifying employee's location and duty for each shift. Board marked on top `PERSONNEL PLANNING BOARD'. The board is divided into various grids denoting shift/process. A detailed personnel planning board which allows the employee to instantly identify their duty and location for the shift as they `clock-on'. Also allows forward planning by employer/employee by showing start times and locations.

Addition 26.11.97:

Parts C-O [not previously accessioned as part of object].
Time card holders. Metal, powder-coated grey. Each has 25 slots for cards, and most have hand-written numbers of stiff paper next to each slot. The stiff paper is a continuous strip slotted down the front of each unit. The bottom of each strip bears the word 'CINCINNATTI'.
The reverse of some bears a black and gold sticker with the inscription 'A product of/ C. JEFFRIES/ HOOD STREET/ AIRPORT WEST, 3042/ MELB 338 3722/ SYDNEY 938 7728'. A hole in the back of each enables it to be hung.
