Circular badge with green enamel background and raised gold gilt finish rim. Pendant loop on top centre flanked by two swirl details, metal centre has not been cut out. Gold gilt finish headframe motif in centre, overlain by white enamel cross. Encircled by outlined border with text reading 'GOLDFIELDS CATHOLIC COMMUNITY/ 1896-1996'. Reverse: textured gold gilt finish, text 'Sheridan/ Perth' in centre in box outline, no fixing attached.
