[.1] Rectangular enamelled badge with black nickel finish raised rim. White enamel background with text 'TELETHON' in black nickel finish at bottom. Black nickel outline banner woven around 'ET' in text with 'THE 25TH' written on central section. Channel 7 logo, double lined number '7' in circle outline, at bottom in black nickel finish. Central motif of yellow enamel smiling sun with black nickel finish details and lines radiating out from sun circle. Two red enamel circles represent cheeks on motif. Reverse: black nickel finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
[.2] Pre-enamelled badge with same design as [.1]. Extra piece of unclipped metal around rim of badge. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
