Newspaper clipping (no date or newspaper name given, but would have been some time in mid- September, probably 13 or 14th, possibly 1943 gauged from the war news on the back). The article relates to manual workers and the maximum hours they had to work under national Security provisions. The article informs us that the workers should not work more than 56 hours a week, or only rarely if absolutely necessary.
