Plywood piece with certificate stuck to it. The Certificate reads; "... [ British ] Empire Exhibition 1925 / Patrons: / H.M. THE KING / H.R.H. THE PRINCE OF WALES / President:/ H.R.H. THE DUKE OF YORK / Chairman of The Executive Council: / HIS GRACE THE DUKE OF DEVONSHIRE. This Certificate is issued with / a Medal to / State Implement Works, / in recognition of having participated in / The British Empire Exhibition / at Wembley: 1925./ MEMBERS OF THE BOARD: / ....[various signatures] " The certificate came with two photocopies which show the original wording and a Medal in a red case.
