Small postcard. Black background with illustration of a boy in soldier's uniform looking up at a girl in a pink frilly dress, sitting on top of an hour glass. Printed in white at the bottom of the postcard, "I'LL COUNT THE HOURS TILL YOU RETURN!". Back of postcard has usual instructions "STAMP HERE", "THIS SIDE FOR CORRESPONDENCE" etc. Printed along the side in small black lettering "British Manufacture Throughout". Card has not been written on. Scrawled in large numerals in purple pencil along the back, "2864".
