(.1) Large paper certificate of indenture, titled 'This Indenture' with details of obligations of indenture hand printed in black ink. Bottom edge of certificate folded over and bound at left and right edge with strip of waxed paper. Red wax seal in the centre of this folded piece (on the indenture details side of certificate) of paper. Blue paper seal attached to certificate just below title; smalll metal emblem in centre of blue seal; black stamp below it 'KENT/ 24.1.38' signed on reverse by Edward Hamersley, 2 witnesses and public notary.
(.2) A4 hand written receipt, brown ink on white paper from M.J. Laurence, Notary public, Perth WA for £2/15s/4d received from Edward Hamersley, 19 Dec 1838.
