SHADOW PUPPET
H1998.33
Shadow puppet, made from cut-out composite wood or similar painted with articulated legs and arms, secured by studs. The puppet takes the form of a male caricature, dressed in black and white checked top with yellow trim and pink shorts with floral design. The body pivots at the waist, legs and one arm, the latter painted red with green cuff. The puppet has exaggerated facial features and a short string tied on the head.
