MINCER, Food
H1996.464
Food mincer, cast iron, with flared opening at top for insertion of food and a screw thread in the horizontal body of the mincer which is turned by a handle, pressing the food through holes in a nose cone. The mincer has a vice on its base to facilitate attachment to a bench. The main handle has a wooden knob with brass cuff.
