Rectangular metal printing plate nailed in four corners to wooden block. School crest is illustrated on the plate and features a tree bearing six fruit(?). Central to the crest, the text 'WISDOM & COURAGE' and surmounting the shield, the words 'KALUMUNDA/ HIGH SCHOOL'. The numbers '23150' are in blue ink on one side of wooden block.
