Metal printing plate which appears to be glued to wood veneer block: the right hand side of plate features an image of three human figures, standing on a straight line, each smaller in size and carrying a globe on their shoulders - inside the globes a wavey striped pattern. Below the line in small typeface the words 'PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA/ P.W.W.S. 185'. On left hand side of printing plate the words 'POSTAGE PAID/ MERREDIN W. AUST/ 6415'. The bottom of the wooden block is covered with beige coloured paper adhesive tape.
