Metal printing plate; nailed to wooden block in three places at edges of plate. Circular plate with 'FREMANTLE HARBOUR TRUST/ 1903' written around periphery of circle and an image in centre; harbour with pavilion and sailing ship and a cloudy sky backgroun but difficult to decipher because of wear. Thin cream square piece of paper adhered to base - ink stained.
