Solid, heavy, square metal block and printing plate bearing words 'FREMANTLE HARBOUR TRUST/ 1903' around the outside of the circular plate, in the form of a banner. Within the circle is a detailed illustration of the harbour complete with sheds, ships and cloudy sky.
