SOUP BOWL, AUSTRALIAN MILITARY FORCES

Round white soup bowl. The Australian Military Forces emblem is on one edge. The emblem is in blue and features radiating lines from a half circle, in which there is a royal crown. In a banner formation, the words 'AUSTRALIAN MILITARY/ FORCES' are printed. On the back there is the maker's mark in black print - 'ELEPHANT BRAND', underneath which is an outline drawing of an elephant, then 'TAMS-VITRIFIED', 2 hands holding a mallet an striking an awl, with the word 'STRENGTH' printed inside the awl feature. 'TRADE / MARK' is printed either side of the awl and 'MADE IN ENGLAND' underneath.
