This object is comprised of two parts, firstly inside the folder is a 'Biscuit Display Summary 1991' sheet, which is in graph form. The graph comprises of 'Rating' down the left hand side and 'Month' along the bottom. On the graph different colours represent different areas as the key index indicates. Text reads 'Biscuit display summary 1991/ Ratings: 7 Ext Good; 6 V Good; 5 Good; 4 Satisfactory; 3 Poor; 2 V Poor; 1 Ext Poor; / Bisc Bases/ creams/ choc/ Packaging/ Overall/ Damage/ Ratings. 3,4,5,6,7/ Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec/ Month'. The second part of the object is the holder in which the summary sheet is displayed. The holder has a clear hard plastic cover attached to a wooden back and held together with metal screws. The text on the back of the holder reads ' OT USE CU/ (arrow down sign)'.
