Photograph framed with glass front and wooden sides (frame). Photograph shows twenty one suited men positioned in three rows. Men wearing three piece suits, most with fob watches on chains. All men dressed with neckties, along with flowers or hankerchiefs in top pockets. Backdrop is painted, with one section of curtain in the middle of picture. Bottom row appears to be seated on broken surace. Text printed on cardboard mount reads 'FREMANTLE LUMPERS UNION/ PICNIC COMMITTEE. 1906/ First row - R. Tapping. J Riley. E Williams. R Hall. Number written on the back of photograph, written in pencil, 2767. Photograph fixed with string and metal clasps to hold frame onto wall. Masking tape is sealed around the back of the photograph, from corner to corner. Photograph is blurred at the left hand corner.
