Indicator type selector with type cylinder. Probably a Mignon (German) which were made from 1904. Mr Robertson visited museum on 28 Sep. 1982 and inspected this specimen on 29 Sep. 1982. He identified it as one donated by him in 1957. Came from store room of an old W.A. Government P.O. in Narrogin. (Now demolished. Site, next to present P.O., has telephone exchange.) Typewriter was in District Postal Manager's Office. Robertson was then this Officer's clerical assistant. DH 30 Sep 82.
