Made in England by G.E.C. "No. 2784 / 240 / 50 Volts". Has "ON/OFF" switch at lower base, and movable, metal vibrating disc at front; metal handle with cloth covered cord attached to plug. "PATENT. NO. / 451043". Used in hairdresser's salon to massage client's neck after hair wash.
