MORRISON / on his retirement on 30th June 1921 from the position of / DEPUTY HARBOUR MASTER & CHIEF PILOT / for the port of FREMANTLE W.A. / Presented by the STAFF of the TRUST / as a token of their esteem for a BROTHER OFFICER / at the conclusion of a LONG & HONOURABLE SERVICE / and with their sincere hope that he / will ENJOY MANY YEARS of HAPPY and PEACEFUL REST / STG SILVER"
