Navy blue felt flag; Commonwealth emblem on left in gold; at right of the emblem in red, white and light blue is written: "TENTH / SECURITY LOAN / August 1950 / Honour Pennant". On back is ochre label and written on it in blue is: "ALLWOOD / ARTS / MA 5318 / 83 Commonwealth St. / SYDNEY". Two tabs on side for pole. See subfile H87.372.
