Navy blue felt pennant; Gold commonwealth emblem at left; at right of emblem in white, light blue and red is printed: "12th / SECURITY LOAN / MAY - JUNE 1951 / Honour Pennant". On the back of pennant a label which reads: "ALLWOOD / ARTS / MA 5318 / 83 COMMONWEALTH ST / SYDNEY", blue on white; two tabs at side for pole. See subfile H87.372.
