Red felt pennant; commonwealth emblem in ochre, red, white light blue and navy blue on left side; to the left of the emblem running vertically in light blue is printed: "SPECIAL AWARD"; blue white, red and ochre; "SECOND / VICTORY LOAN / SEPT - OCT. 1944 / GERALDTON". On back of pennant is a label: "ALLWOOD / ARTS / MA 5318 / 83 COMMONWEALTH ST. / SYDNEY." Two tabs on left for pole. See subfile: H87.372.
