BARREL BUNG HOLE SHAVE, '…MFG CO.'

Large T-shaped wood handle, metal barrel shave. Wide handle, conical shave attached through centre of handle. Cone open on one side and hollow in middle. Possibly used to shave wood out of bung hole prior to thread cutter being used for metal sleeve to be inserted.
