Roughly circular bronze-coloured metal medallion with loop atop, obverse has a stylised embossed double-leaf wreath to edges, central white disc adhered with logo of the WA Disabled Games, printed in black block lettering around circumference of disc '1989 STATE DISABLED GAMES/HONORARY MEDALLIST', central stylised map of Western Australia in yellow with printed black block letters 'W.A./D.S.A.'. Attached through metal loop is a yellow grosgrain ribbon knotted at the centre of its length. Reverse is blank.
