DIE, badge, lapel, RAAF Air training
H2015.582
Medium sized solid metal cylinder die, engraved on the top with a RAAF badge template. The Air Force badge features a circle banned inscribed with the words ‘AIR/TRIALS/UNIT. ROYAL/AUSTRALIAN.’, ensigned with the imperial crown. Within the circle a plane which features geometric shapes which as symmetrical. Beneath the circle is a separate scroll inscribed with the words ‘AIRFORCE/ ALATUITU’. The letters ‘DAA/AIKTR’ are also handwritten in yellow on the top surface covering a small portion of the imperial crown.
