Small oval medallion with a relief picture of swimmers at swimming baths on a round silver-plated step mounted on a two-tiered round wood and paper-base plinth with a blank flourished metal ribbon engraving plate. The reverse side is engraved, 'C.A.S.C. / 1937-38 / Lennox Cup/ Won by D.McWhae".
