Small oval medallion with a relief picture of swimmers at swimming baths on a round silver-plated step mounted on a two-tiered round wood and paper-base plinth with a flourished metal ribbon plate engraved 'D. McWhae'. The reverse side is engraved, 'City.A.S.C. / 1935-36 / D.McWhae / 3rd 110yds / Backstroke Chmp of WA'".
