Small, rectangular, thick textured paper notepad with folded cover. Coloured picture of four yellow poplar(?) trees on side of brown road, with hills and houses in background stuck to front cover. 'Best wishes from' printed in brown above 'DOWELL'S CORNER/Hardware, Drapery and Haberdashery/400 CARRINGTON STREET,/HAMILTON HILL/PHONE 5 3443' in dark blue. Inside cover has calendar for 1968 printed in blue, above two dotted lines with 'Name' and 'Address' printed on the left. Thick rectangular pad of paper, held together at top with white gum, stuck inside back cover. Paper marked 'SHOPPING LIST' at top, and is divided into three colums with grey print. Back cover unmarked.
