Twelve grey-green plastic buttons, sewn onto two cream sheets in groups of 2 x 3 on a drawn green grid . Two joined additional sheets show needle holes where buttons were previously removed. 'Beauclaire/moonglow/A G.P. PRODUCT' is printed on each of the four sheets in red . Each sheet is bordered with a green frame. 'Blue' is written in pencil on one sheet and '3005' on the back, also in pencil.
