Black and white photograph contains image of the state war memorial in Kings Park, overlooking the city of Perth. The foreground image of the stone memorial, its column and surrounding stairways clearly displays the decorative cross, plaques and Navy and Airforce insignias that commemorates the loss of soldier's lives during World War One and World War Two. The city and foliage appears in the background.
