HAIR CLIP, oval, blue/black tortoise shell?

Small, oval, curved, striped blue, black and cream, tortoise shell?, with metal clasp, hair clip. Varnished top, dull underside, with pearly sheen on blue/black parts. Longer metal clasp, open in centre, narrows to secure. Clasp and secures rusted. Small, toothed plastic grip in centre of clip, partially missing. Scratches and marks over clip.
