TRAY, brass, from set of gold scales

[.1] Large heavy circular, brass(?) balance tray. Convex base which slopes upwards to form the sides with three equidistant holes. A brass(?) ring and chain are threaded through each hole to meet at large ring and rectangular box-like part.
[.2] Zinc plated steel(?) chain with medium sized oval links.
