BROOCH, Heart
H2001.96
Brooch in heart shape with bar attachment. The larger heart is made from pearl shell with incised radiating lines towards a smaller metal heart, attached by two pins through the pearl shell. An inscription which is in dot form and quite faint on the metal heart reads 'JMcG'. The bar enclosure is attached to the 'heart' by a small chain and loop.
