Circular token with hole in top so that it can be attached to a dog's collar. Obverse has image of swan at centre with 1916 beneath. Within circular border: 'DOG REGISTRATION/ WESTERN AUSTRALIA'. Outer edge features 7 stars. Reverse has large '62' and 'CITY OF PERTH'.
