Arpad Szedlak's house plan for Drake St, Bayswater. The plan, drawn up by a friend, is on light brown paper, with blue ink, lead pencil, green and pink pencil used for markings. The dimensions of the house and each room are shown, as well as the stages in which the house is to be constructed. There are explanatory notes, written in Hungarian, at the sides and bottom of the plan. Calculations in pencil are also shown.
On the reverse side, there is a basic house plan in pencil, with a black cross through it.
