ARMY FOLDING BED

H1996.100

Khaki painted folding, wire bed with a fixed base comprising a metal, roughly rectangular tubular frame with wire attached across it. Centre is reinforced with metal extendable bands and metal strips. Two legs are 'U'-shaped, which fold to the centre, run from right to left (one side to the other) and ends are secured to the frame in one of 4 brackets. Each bracket is marked on either the inside or outside 'CYCLONE/ REG. 5479.' (The bed looks, for all the world, like a gate with legs attached.)
